We can easily incorporate small conversion jobs and projects requiring tens of thousands of pages scanned per day. We invest primarily in only state-of-the-art mid volume and high volume scanners from vendors such as Kodak and Fujitsu. All our scanners can generate color, grayscale, or standard black and white bitonal images.   Our scanning and quality control software has been custom built to incorporate persons with disabilities into the digitization process. It includes features such as bar-code separator sheet generation, auto-indexing, automatic deskew and image enhancement, and production reporting.   All digital images produce adhere to strict New York State Archives standards for lossless compression, stand formats such as TIFF, PDF, PDF/A, JPEG, and image quality.   In addition to the capture of standard business documents, eDocNY also offers wide-format document image capture. eDocNY utilizes 42 inch wide Vidar Wide-Format Scanners. These scanners support black and white, grayscale, and color imaging. The 42” imaging area is perfect for scanning architectural sketches, detailed maps, and drawings of E-size/A0 or smaller.
